Antikythera Episode 1 - Greeks, Clocks and Rockets

Clickspring is a great channel by likeable Aussie Chris. I found his last –extremely well produced series– Making A Large Wheel Skeleton Clock, both calming and fascinating to watch, it’s addictive stuff. His upcoming project looks really exciting, this is a lovely introduction to the Antikythera Mechanism he will be recreating. I first heard of this amazing artefact on a BBC doc a few years ago, it’s a truly incredible feat of ancient engineering. 06:52
