This may occur shooting; <em>timelapse sequences, artificial light sources, digital\u00a0screens, slow motion, candlelight, <\/em>or when using old\u00a0archive\u00a0footage, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Flicker problems are especially prevalent with <a href=\"http:\/\/jamiebrightmore.com\/timelapse\/\">timelapse sequences<\/a>. You can do various things to try and reduce the flicker effect while capturing, but ultimately some post production will often be required to tame the beast.<\/p>\n<p>I often shoot &#8216;holy grail&#8217; shots where the light changes dramatically which, more often than not, produces unsightly flickering issues.<\/p>\n<h2>The\u00a0Solution<\/h2>\n<p>I recently researched what tools I could utilise to quickly and efficiently stop flicker in its tracks and discovered the \u2018<strong>Flicker Free<\/strong>\u2019 plugin from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalanarchy.com\">Digital Anarchy<\/a>. They offer a free trial and trust me, it will give you results you can see immediately.
